  11. Word 3.1 - to put a border around a group of paragraphs - type all the text you want to be included inside the border.  Format the text as you want it to appear.  Add white space above, below, and between the paragraphs by adding blank lines.  To add white space to the left and right of your paragraphs, increase the margins.  Select all of the text including any blank lines at the top and bottom and type COMMAND-OPTION-D to copy this selection to the Clipboard as a graphic.  Paste the graphic into your document, select it and give it the border you want.
